Price information

Prices are per person per day including luxury half board. Prices for children and extra beds on request!

Prices for our self-catering apartments in the "Landhaus" are per day without meal.

A Visitor's tax of € 4,-- per person per day will be charged extra. Children up to 15 years are free. (year of birth)

Luxury board includes

  • Rich breakfast buffet
  • 5-course menu selection
    "Typical traditional - local and tasty!"
  • Cheese board and fresh fruits
  • Low fat meals/diet meals and vegetarian dishes
    (no vegan meals possible)
  • Use of Bergwellness "Adults Only"
    with tower sauna, pine sauna, steam bath, infrared light cabin, ice grotto, Jacuzzi, relaxation room with water beds, etc. (No access for children under the age of 14)
  • Skiroom with ski lockers for each room
  • Parking site 
  • Wifi
  • sunbed (pay)
  • etc.

Meals

Halfboard includes Breakfast and Dinner.
There is no refund for meals not taken.

We do not offer Vegan meals.

Arrival/departure

Check in 04:00 pm. 
Check out 10:00 am.

Cancellation conditions

  • up to 61 days prior arrival the cancellation is free
  • 60 until 7 days prior arrival 50 % of the total amount
  • from 6 days 70% of the total amount
  • For late arrival, early departure or nowshow we charge 90%

Please give us a written notice in case of a Cancellation.

Everything else is directed to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.

Travel insurance

Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger. Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. Here you can take out the insurance easily, quickly and online: cover a travel insurance

Prepayment-deposit

The prepayment of 30% per room is required to guarantee your reservation. When the money is on our bank account, the reservation is binding. The amount which is transferred to our account will be credited. 

Creditcard payment is accepted
Visa and Mastercard.

Dogs and pets are not allowed in the Hotel. 

Final cleaning (Landhaus)

There is an extra charge for the final cleaning of our apartments (Landhaus Jenewein)
of € 60,- to 80,-.
