Important information:
Arrival-Departure:
On the day of your departure we would ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
Meals:
No refund is issued for meals which are not availed of.
Pets:
Euro 10.—per day without feed.
New Year’s Eve surcharge: 
Euro 15. -- per person (children from the age of 15)

Cancellation conditions:
* Cancellation made within 4 weeks of the booked arrival date is charged at 80 % of the room price.
*The full room price is charged for late arrival or premature departure.

Deposit:
Upon submitting your deposit to the value of € 300. -- per room, the reservation is considered binding. Any sum credited is transferred to our account!
In the event of cancellation the deposit is retained as a handling fee. Regional taxes are charged at € 2.60 per day and person. Children up to the age of 15 go free of charge.
